Radar detectors & custom systems
How do portable detectors differ from custom systems?
Portable detectors mount in the cabin. Custom systems use separately mounted components and concealed wiring, with fitment and installation planned for the vehicle. Confirm the product type and scope before ordering.
Can you hardwire or conceal the installation?
We can review compatible power hardware, mounting and cable routing for your detector and vehicle. A custom system may also require fabrication and additional components. Ask for a quote for your vehicle.
Can an accessory work on its own?
Sensors, mounts and power accessories may need other equipment to work. Check what is included and which products are compatible. Ask us to confirm that you have everything you need before buying.
Before you order
Is installation included in the price?
Installation is included only when the listing or written quote explicitly says so. Otherwise, contact us for labor, parts and scheduling for your vehicle. Buying equipment does not book an appointment.
How do I confirm vehicle compatibility?
Send your vehicle year, make, model, trim and relevant factory equipment, plus the exact product or part number. We can review the installation requirements before you purchase.
